Johnny Ellis – Construction Manager / Results-driven, detail-oriented professional with seventeen years of Construction Management experience in the offshore and marine industry, nine years as a Construction Manager, and five years a Yard Production Manager directing repair, upgrades, new construction, and fabrication projects. Johnny is accountable for all aspects of multimillion-dollar projects, to include developing and managing budgets, reviewing and approving bids/estimates, performing planning and scheduling all aspects of the project.
Greg Farmer – Operations Technical Lead / Dedicated, result-oriented, Operations Manager with proven leadership skills and experience overseeing multiple rig operations in challenging environments, including high-risk areas with semi-skilled labor and limited supply availability. Greg is performance and safety oriented with extensive knowledge of rig equipment and project management. He is technically proficient with electronic data processing software and systems. Bryan’s background provides extensive experience in offshore drilling operations and he has an excellent knowledge and understanding of drilling vessels and associated equipment. Registered, Project Manager Professional (PMP), USCG Offshore Installation Manager of Mobile Offshore Drilling Units without restriction and majored in Business Administration at the University of Southern Mississippi.
Dennis Clark - Project Manager / Experienced professional with outstanding conceptual abilities as well as excellent managerial, accounting, and organizational skills. Dennis has performed work as Senior Project Manager for Compliance and Class Regulators for Vessel requirements, he can formulate work scopes and tender bids for award. He is the main liaison with Company and Owner to ensure that Project Management will have positive impact for both parties. Previous experience includes positions as Pipe and Mechanical Superintendent for fabrication and certification of materials.
Ryan Demel – Mechanical Lead / Mechanical Engineering Graduate of Texas A&M University with six years of experience, disciplined for mechanical, structural, and repair design engineering. Ryan is proficient with all offshore and shipyard project management including planning, scheduling, cost estimating, execution, and reporting. Previous experience includes the position of Assistant Project Manager to include all mechanical work scopes including scope development, equipment specifications, FAT, installation, and commissioning. Ryan has seen service in South East Asia, Europe and the US.
Jay Jensen – Drilling Lead / Accomplished Drilling Operations Manager with 30 years’ service, credited with expertise in operations management and business development. Effective leader noted for solid skills in implementing innovative management strategies and managing highly effective operations teams. Served in the position of Country Manager in Malaysia, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, after working extensively in Venezuela, West Africa and the North Sea. Jay has extensive knowledge of all types of offshore rigs and their latest drilling equipment.
Tommy Grubbs – Electrical Lead / Graduate of Lamar University Institute of Technology. Possesses an excess of 25 years’ experience in both the onshore and offshore Petrol-Chemical and Drilling industries as related to the electrical, instrumentation, engineering, construction, maintenance and refurbishment of all types of various equipment. Well versed in both domestic and international aspects of the drilling and production industry. Tommy has excelled in all areas throughout his career from Journeyman Electrician, Electrical Supervisor to Project Manager.
